Our food and drink menu is to fly for.
We've filled our flight menu with flavors inspired by the West Coast food scene. On board, you can always expect freshly prepared meals and snacks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
For the best selection, we recommend pre-ordering your favorites via web or the Alaska app 2 weeks to 20 hours before you fly.

Introducing: Alaska Airlines Chef’s (tray) Table
Our inflight dining is reaching new heights with the launch of a thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Brady Ishiwata Williams, the James Beard award-winning talent behind Seattle’s renowned Tomo restaurant.

Enjoy gourmet entrees inspired by Chef Brady’s Pacific Northwest roots and Japanese heritage, made with regionally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Start your trip with an indulgent Mochi Waffle and Fried Chicken for breakfast, or savor a Klingemann Farms Glazed Short Rib with stir-fried rice cakes for dinner.

These new menu offerings will be available between Seattle and John F. Kennedy International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Due to preparation time, please pre-order your in-flight meal at least 20 hours in advance.
