What is happening to EasyBiz?
Atmos™ for Business is replacing EasyBiz as our self-managed business booking tool. The information in your EasyBiz account, including traveler information and account balance, was transferred to a corresponding Atmos™ for Business account. Log in to your Atmos™ for Business account with your existing EasyBiz credentials to complete account set up.
Will my reporting information be lost?
The last couple years of reporting data, approximately, will be carried over, but you are welcome to download your EasyBiz reporting history while it’s available (until mid-September).
As an EasyBiz user, how do I login to Atmos™ for Business for the first time?
Log in to Atmos™ for Business with your existing EasyBiz credentials.
Why the upgrade?
We are constantly challenging ourselves to deliver the best travel experience for our guests. While EasyBiz was the right solution for us at the time, it no longer fits our growing needs to serve our Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines business community.
Can I still access my EasyBiz account?
EasyBiz officially sunsets mid-September 2025. After that date, you will no longer be able to book on EasyBiz.
Should I book travel on EasyBiz or Atmos™ for Business?
Continue to book on EasyBiz until mid-September. For now, we encourage you to set up your Atmos™ for Business profile. Starting mid-September, you must book on Atmos™ for Business.
