Our brand new Bag Tag stations provide a digital self—service experience that will make it even easier for you to have a seamless trip.
Here’s what to expect from our streamlined lobby.
Our lobby kiosks no longer print boarding passes. To access your boarding pass,
you'll need to check in through the
Check in and access your boarding pass on your phone by using the Alaska Airlines app.
You can also use the app (or alaskaair.com) to add traveler details, pre-pay for bags, upgrade or change seats and check your flight status.In the Alaska lobby, we’ve launched our new automated bag drop!

Tag bag. Head to the self-service Bag Tag Station or Kiosk and use your boarding pass QR code to print your Tags and place them on your luggage.

Drop bag. The automated bag drop scans your bag tag to retrieve your reservation. Then you scan your ID. Facial scan matches your face with the photo on your ID. Your bag is dispatched and you’re on your way.

Eligible guests can now complete document verification digitally, saving time and skipping lines at the airport. Download the Alaska app to verify your documents in two minutes or less. Please remember to bring all required travel documents to the airport.

- Guests traveling in parties no larger than 7 people
