Medford Railroad Park

Crater Lake National Park
Drive for an hour and a quarter from Medford along Oregon Route 62 to get to Crater Lake National Park and its 7,000-year-old scenery. Named after the deepest lake in the country - near 2,000 feet - the park is home to a number of outdoor activities. Hike the Rim Trail for impeccable views of the deep blue waters of the lake contrasting with Wizard Island at its centre. Stop by Beckie’s Cafe at Union Creek on the drive back to Medford for a slice of homestyle pie.
Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve
A great day out with your Medford car rental is the Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve, where you can see the mountains from the inside out. It takes less than two hours to drive to this incredible site, dubbed the Marble Halls of Oregon, along the Caves Highway to Caves Junction. Umpqua Hot Springs
