Atmos™ Rewards terms and conditions

No rights of any kind accrue in the Atmos Rewards program except as specifically defined herein. No hay excepciones a estas condiciones de membresía excepto aquellas estipuladas en este documento. Members of the Mileage Plan program will retain the same membership number. Members of the HawaiianMiles program do not need to take any steps to join the Atmos Rewards program, and will be automatically enrolled as of October 1, 2025. Members of the HawaiianMiles program will receive a new membership number for Atmos Rewards. Members of both programs should not create new Atmos Rewards accounts to avoid creating duplicate accounts. Alaska Airlines reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.

Individuals who are not members of Mileage Plan or HawaiianMiles programs may join the Atmos Rewards program online, by calling customer care, through our reservations call center, or other channels as may be designated by Alaska Airlines. Corporations and other entities are not eligible to become Atmos Rewards members but may enroll in Atmos™ for Business. Enrollment in the Atmos Rewards program requires each individual to provide their name, address, email, phone number, and birth date. Travel agents, travel arrangers, and unauthorized brokers may not create or manage Atmos Rewards accounts for others. Earning Atmos Rewards points

Atmos Rewards points can be accrued by:

• Flying on Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines designated flights
• Flying on our oneworld® Alliance and Global airline partner designated flights

Alaska Airlines reserves the right to amend or delete any or all of the means currently recognized for accruing points and to exclude specific types of transactions or tickets from the accumulation of points.

Points will accrue only in the Atmos Rewards account of the member who actually travels or purchases goods or services and whose name appears on the passenger flight coupon, hotel receipt, car rental agreement or goods or services invoice related to such travel or purchase.

Atmos Rewards points cannot be combined, accrued or transferred from multiple accounts (including those of family members) or other sources into a single Atmos Rewards account, except as permitted by the Atmos Rewards Transfer points program through Points.com, through the points sharing feature associated with eligible Atmos Rewards credit cards, and in the case Atmos Rewards cardholders with a secondary card, whose points credits will accrue to the primary cardholder's account.

On qualifying flights, Atmos Rewards members will receive points credit based upon a percentage of the nonstop mileage between the origin and destination cities indicated on the ticket. When travel involves a connecting flight with a change of flight numbers, members will receive points credit for each flight segment. • In addition, Atmos Rewards points are not awarded for flights cancelled due to weather or maintenance issues.

Points accrued in other airlines' frequent flyer program accounts may not count toward Atmos Rewards Status qualification unless otherwise permitted by Alaska Airlines. When using Atmos Rewards status benefits, including First Class upgrades, points may not be accrued in any other airlines' frequent flier program. The member's Atmos Rewards number must appear in the reservation such that points accrued for that flight will be credited to the member's Atmos Rewards account, before Atmos Rewards Status benefits (including First Class upgrades) may be used on that flight. Alaska Airlines reserves the right to determine the eligibility of new fare types for points credit as they become available.

A member who is enrolled in more than one airline's frequent flyer program may not receive points credit in more than one frequent flyer program for the same activity. Members must identify the frequent flyer program in which he/she wishes to accrue points for a particular itinerary at the time of initial booking. For example, if a member flies with a partner carrier, the member may elect to receive points credit in either the Atmos Rewards or in the other airline's program, but must make such election and notify the operating carrier when the booking is made. The member must notify Alaska Airlines Guest Care of any discrepancies in their account within one year of the activity date unless a shorter time period is identified by partner. The request and supporting documentation should be sent directly to the Atmos Rewards program at one of the points of contact listed above. Requests must include the member's name, Atmos Rewards account number and supporting documentation. For airline points credit, the member must send boarding passes and a copy of their ticket or electronic confirmation letter. For car rental points credit, members should include a copy of the rental receipt. For hotel stay points credit, members should include a copy of the hotel receipt/folio. For all other transactions for which points may be accrued, Alaska Airlines requires a copy of the sales invoice or other proof of payment. Earning on Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines flights

To qualify, flights must be in the range of eligible flight numbers listed below, and must be marketed and operated by Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines, or marketed by Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines and operated by the airlines noted. Base points and fare class bonus points earned based on the “Earning on Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines flights” chart are eligible for status points.

Points terms and definitions for all flights
To calculate the number of points you can earn, there are three factors to consider. Base points, bonus points and status points, which are granted according to the earn charts. Status points
These are the points that count towards reaching Atmos Rewards status or milestones in the Atmos Rewards program. Status points are valid only in the calendar year in which they are earned, and expire on December 31 each year.

If a member is rerouted on a non-partner airline carrier due to an Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines or partner carrier flight cancellation for operational reasons that occurred on the day of travel, the member may earn points credit for the original itinerary by mailing or faxing the original passenger receipt and boarding pass, along with a brief explanation, to the Atmos Rewards program at the address above. Points will not be credited if a voluntary flight change is made on another non-partner carrier due to a delay by Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines or an airline partner.

Bonus Points

Atmos Rewards program may offer members limited-time opportunities to accrue bonus points into their Atmos Rewards program account. Awards of bonus points will be subject to the terms and conditions accompanying the particular bonus points promotions.

Class-of-service bonus points, if any, will be credited according to the original fare paid, not the cabin flown (i.e., members do not earn bonus points when using complimentary First Class Upgrades, or post-booking paid premium cabin upgrades).

Redeeming Atmos Rewards points Redeeming points for flights

There are no blackout dates on award travel with Alaska Airlines or Hawaiian Airlines. For partner award travel, award space is limited and subject to certain restrictions including blackout dates and other capacity controls. Atmos Rewards cannot ensure availability of award seats on any flight, route, or date.

Atmos Rewards awards may include one of the following: a one-way, round-trip or open jaw itinerary. Changes to Atmos Rewards, including points redemption procedures, award levels, and membership rules apply regardless of when points were earned. The number of points needed for an award is determined at the time of redemption, not accrual. Updates will be published by Alaska Airlines at www.atmosrewards.com and members accept the current terms each time they redeem points. Members can spend Atmos Rewards points for hotel stays via the Alaska Vacations booking platform. Changes to the Atmos Rewards and member accounts

Alaska Airlines may terminate the Atmos Rewards program 180 days after publishing notice of program termination on www.alaskaair.com o www.atmosrewards.com.

Alaska Airlines may, in its sole discretion, amend the Atmos Rewards conditions of membership, including terminating any member's ability to redeem points already accrued, at any time with our without notice.

Any and all changes in the conditions of membership, including rules regarding the number of points needed for a Atmos Rewards award, are retroactive and apply to all previously accumulated points.

The accumulation of points in a member's account does not entitle the member to any vested rights with respect to any specific awards or specific Atmos Rewards benefits. In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any award or award level, and members may not be able to obtain awards for all destinations or flights. Alaska Airlines podrá, entre otras cosas:

New Status points Earning

Members will receive 1 status point for every mile flown on tickets booked with Atmos Rewards points, including segments operated by Alaska partners. Status points are non-redeemable and cannot be used toward award travel.

Members will receive 1,000 status points for every 3,000 Atmos Rewards points earned across eligible non-airline transactions in the hotel, cruise, car rental, ride share, and everyday categories. Points earned through transfer partners (including Bilt, hotel partner transfers, and other financial partners) are not eligible to earn status points. Purchased, gifted, or transferred points are not eligible to earn status points. Status points are nonredeemable and cannot be used toward award travel.

Primary cardholders of the Atmos Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® card and the Atmos Rewards Visa® Business card earn 1 status point for every $3 spent in Net Purchases (exclusive of any fees, such as the annual fee) that post to eligible Atmos Rewards consumer and business cards from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, up to a maximum of 30,000 status points. Returns, credits and adjustments to an eligible card will be deducted from purchases, even if the card was not the original payment method. Returns, credits and adjustments to an eligible card will be deducted from purchases, even if the card was not the original payment method. Points transfers

Atmos Rewards points cannot be combined, accrued or transferred from multiple accounts (including those of family members) or other sources into a single Atmos Rewards account, except as permitted by the Atmos Rewards Transfer points program offered by Points.com, or the points sharing benefit offered with select Atmos Rewards credit card products. In the case where Atmos Rewards credit cardholders have authorized users on their account, all earned points will accrue to the primary cardholder's Atmos Rewards account. Travel agents, travel arrangers and unauthorized brokers are not permitted to perform points transfers or to process or facilitate any other Atmos Rewards transactions (including Atmos Rewards account creation, account inquiries, and award ticket transfers) on behalf of others.

Awards or accrued Points, including purchased Points, do not constitute the property of the member to whose Atmos Rewards account the Points have been posted. However, awards or accrued Points do provide the member with an option to exchange such Points for travel at the redemption level in effect at the time of redemption (not at the time of accrual).

Alaska Airlines reserves the right to audit Atmos Rewards accounts at any time and without notice to the member to ensure compliance with these Atmos Rewards Conditions of Membership and applicable conditions of carriage and/or tariffs. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies or violations, the processing of Atmos Rewards awards, points accrual or redemption of accrued points may be suspended until the discrepancies or violations are resolved to Alaska Airlines' satisfaction. Alaska Airlines reserves the right to terminate the membership and/or suspend access to the points balance of any member at any time for any reason it deems appropriate.

No benefit of Atmos Rewards membership - including but not limited to points, award travel, upgrade certificates, companion certificates, and Atmos Rewards status or status nominations - may be sold, purchased, or bartered, except to the extent permitted through Points.com. Points, certificates, tickets, or other benefits of Atmos Rewards membership that are sold, purchased or bartered, and award tickets or Points that are obtained from any unauthorized source (including travel agents, travel arrangers and unauthorized brokers), are voidable, in Alaska Airlines’ sole discretion. IF ALASKA AIRLINES AND/OR ANY ATMOS REWARDS PARTNER IMPROPERLY DENIES A MEMBER POINTS CREDIT, TRAVEL AWARD OR SOME OTHER BENEFIT, THE MEMBER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE ISSUANCE OF THE IMPROPERLY DENIED CREDIT, AWARD OR BENEFIT, IF AVAILABLE, OR SUCH ALTERNATIVE, COMPARABLE BENEFIT AS DETERMINED BY ALASKA AIRLINES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
